本文提出采用微型计算机进行模糊控制的液压位置伺服系统。该系统将微型计算机的灵活性与开关式液压伺服系统的优点结合起来,因此,控制精度高、可靠性好,结构简单、负载变化影响小、使用维修方便。同时,采用时间最优模糊控制取代多级继电器控制方式,在实际系统实验中取得了满意的结果。本文还对模糊模型的相平面表示方法及利用微型计算机自学习程序设计最优模糊控制器进行了研究。
In this paper, a hydraulic servo system based on microcomputer for fuzzy control is proposed. The system combines the flexibility of a microcomputer with the advantages of a switched hydraulic servo system. Therefore, the control accuracy is high, the reliability is good, the structure is simple, the influence of load changes is small, and the use and maintenance are convenient. At the same time, the optimal fuzzy control is replaced by the multi-level relay control method, and satisfactory results have been obtained in practical system experiments. This paper also studies the phase-plane representation of fuzzy model and the optimal fuzzy controller using microcomputer self-learning program.
