目的 :探讨脂肝泰胶囊的药理作用 ,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 :采用喂饲高脂饲料方法复制高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠模型 ,同时施加药物干预 ,观察其对血清和肝脏脂质的含量、肝脏组织病理学改变以及肝功能的影响。结果 :脂肝泰胶囊能明显降低实验大鼠血清、肝脏组织中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL—C)和血清ALT、AST的含量 ,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL—C)的含量 ,改善肝脏病理损害。结论 :脂肝泰胶囊具有较强的调节血脂、保肝降酶和良好的抗脂肪肝作用
Objective: To explore the pharmacological effects of Zhigantai capsule and provide experimental basis for clinical application. METHODS: The hyperlipidemia fatty liver rat model was duplicated by feeding high-fat diet. At the same time, drug intervention was applied to observe the effects on serum and liver lipids, liver histopathological changes and liver function. Results: Zhigantai Capsule can significantly reduce the content of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and serum ALT, AST in experimental rats’ serum and liver tissues. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels improve liver pathological damage. Conclusion : Zhigantai capsule has a strong role in regulating blood lipids, protecting liver and reducing enzymes, and good anti-fatty liver function
