十八大指出,农村卫生工作是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。文章着眼湖南,深入湖南农村基层医疗卫生服务现状中去,指出当前湖南农村医疗卫生资源的不足、体制不健全,医疗卫生投入不足,以及医疗费用高等问题已成为提升湖南省农村基层医疗卫生服务能力最大的制约因素,在此基础上提出增加医疗投入,修复医疗机构网底建设,促进各等级机构医疗技术人员的双向流动。
The 18th National Congress pointed out that rural health work is an important part of building a new socialist countryside. This paper focuses on Hunan and goes deep into the current situation of primary medical and health services in rural areas of Hunan Province. It points out that the current shortage of rural medical and health resources in Hunan, the unsoundness of the system, the inadequate investment in health care, and the high medical costs have become the issues of improving the rural primary health care service capacity in Hunan Province The biggest restriction factor. On this basis, we propose to increase medical investment, repair the network construction of medical institutions, and promote the two-way flow of medical technicians at all levels.
