统计过程控制(SPC,Statistical Process Control)是一种依据数理统计学过程的控制方法。通过对统计过程控制(SPC)研究及应用,在润滑油及润滑油生产等方面进行突破性研究可实现对润滑油生产情况实时在线监测代替线下人工检测,通过系统智能监测可达到100%检测保证产品合格率,通过系统实时读取数据信息可直接获取净含量,减少空皮误差,也可以精确监测分析每个灌装头及时发现生产线异常及时调整生产线,提高精度,减少偏差,降低吨油损失。本研究是通过制定在线SPC诊断系统的应用方案,解决灌装生产线在运行过程中实时智能监测提醒,同时利用统计学原理智能分析指导生产,为生产提供更加快捷智能的服务,提高生产管理水平和质量。
