高校工会作为学院党委联系广大教职工群众的桥梁和纽带,作为广大教职工合法权益的代表者和维护者,在学院民主管理、劳动争议和民事调解、教职工文化生活等方面不断丰富工作内涵,不断探索和创新和谐校园建设的新途径和新机制,在学院安全稳定工作中发挥着举足轻重的作用。
College unions, as the bridge and link between college party committees and the broad masses of faculty and staff, as representatives and defenders of the vast majority of staff and workers’ legitimate rights and interests, continue to enrich their work connotations in terms of college democratic management, labor disputes and civil mediations, and cultural life of staff and workers. Constantly explore and innovate new ways and new mechanisms for building a harmonious campus play an important role in the security and stability of the college.
