目的了解上海市职业教育学校学生艾滋病知识知晓及对艾滋病歧视的现状,为相关部门和学校针对性地开展健康教育提供科学依据。方法采取整群抽样方法,使用自制问卷对上海市3所职业教育学校523名学生进行调查。结果只有248名(47.42%)受访学生接受过艾滋病防治知识培训,且其对艾滋病基本知识较为缺乏;有334名(63.86%)学生认为当前社会存在着对PLWHA的歧视,明显低于同期调查的其他人群;虽然有近70.00%的学生表示自己不歧视PLWHA,但实际现状不容乐观。结论缺乏准确的艾滋病知识、传统道德观的影响、对社会现状缺乏了解,都导致了青年学生对艾滋病歧视的增加,加强青年学生的艾滋病健康教育和反歧视教育已经迫在眉睫。
Objective To understand the knowledge of HIV / AIDS and the status quo of discrimination against HIV / AIDS in vocational schools in Shanghai and to provide scientific evidences for relevant departments and schools to conduct targeted health education. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to survey 523 students in 3 vocational schools in Shanghai using self-made questionnaires. As a result, only 248 students (47.42%) were trained in HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment, and their basic knowledge of HIV / AIDS was scarce. 334 (63.86%) students considered that there was discrimination against PLWHA in current society, which was significantly lower than that of the same period Of other people; although nearly 70.00% of students said they did not discriminate PLWHA, but the actual status is not optimistic. Conclusion The lack of accurate AIDS knowledge, the influence of traditional morality, and lack of understanding of the current social status have all led to the increase of AIDS discrimination among young students. It is imminent to strengthen the AIDS health education and anti-discrimination education among young students.
