笔者从四川黔江五个土家族苗族自治县人武部获悉:年初以来,全区已有1980余名下海民兵,纷纷上岸参加自修、电大和各种专业技术培训。在上岸多名民兵中,有靠种养起家的万元户,也有开店办厂搞经营的“小能人”,还有几位弄潮的失败者。经过实践,他们发现,要想在竞争中念好致富经,不能光凭热情,主要还得练就一身真功夫。就这样,一股空前规模的求知学技热在民兵中陡然兴
