以15℃为胁迫温度,以相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数、相对胚根长度、相对鲜重、相对干重为评价指标,对65份黄瓜核心种质进行芽期低温耐受性鉴定评价,结果显示,参试材料的6项指标差异显著,变化范围分别为1.00%~123.00%、0~112.00%、0~70%、13.00%~109.00%、0~100.00%、0~101.00%。表明大部分参试材料在不同程度上受到低温条件的影响,发芽时间推迟、种子活力降低、种芽生长量减少,而少部分材料的种子活力在15℃低温条件下与对照相比差异不明显。利用6项指标的平均隶属度、聚类分析进行综合评价,共筛选出7份芽期强耐冷的黄瓜材料,来源于印度、日本、匈牙利、土耳其及我国的吉林省、河北省、重庆市。
The relative germination rate, relative germination potential, relative germination index, relative radicle length, relative fresh weight and relative dry weight were used as evaluation indexes at 15 ℃ as the stress temperature. The results showed that there were significant differences in the six indicators of the tested materials, ranging from 1.00% to 123.00%, 0 to 112.00%, 0 to 70%, 13.00% to 109.00%, 0 to 100.00%, 0 to 101.00 %. The results showed that most of the tested materials were affected by the low temperature to some extent, the germination time was delayed, the seed vigor was decreased and the seedling growth was reduced. However, the seed vigor of a few of the materials was insignificantly different from the control under the low temperature of 15 ℃ . The average membership degree of six indicators and cluster analysis were used for comprehensive evaluation. Seven cold-resistant cucumber materials were screened out from India, Japan, Hungary, Turkey and China’s Jilin Province, Hebei Province and Chongqing Municipality.
