有幸参与铁岭信息系统建设,全程参与负责该项目实施过程。结合实际工作经验和参与本项目经历,简要叙述项目的基本情况,概述对沟通管理的认识和理解,及沟通管理的四个过程和五个原则,详细阐述项目沟通管理过程中三个心得:l)如何编制和更新项目沟通计划;2)如何进行复杂项目的需求沟通和范围管理;3)项目团队内部协调和冲突管理方法。
Fortunate enough to participate in Tieling information system construction, full participation in the project implementation process. Based on the actual work experience and the experience of participating in the project, the article briefly describes the basic situation of the project, summarizes the understanding and understanding of communication management, and the four processes and five principles of communication management. It elaborates on the three experiences of project communication management: ) How to prepare and update project communication plan; 2) How to communicate needs and scope management of complex projects; and 3) How to coordinate and conflict management within project team.
