【目的/意义】为图书馆针对不同学科科研人员提供个性化服务提供理论基础。【方法/过程】以76篇以不同学科科研人员信息行为研究对象的实证英文文献为基础,应用扎根理论方法,归纳总结科研人员在信息源选择、信息检索、信息获取与利用、前沿追踪、学术交流与合作以及科学数据管理等方面的特征。【结果/结论】以不同学科科研人员信息行为特征的异同为基础,给出图书馆面向科研的个性化服务内容。
[Purpose / Significance] To provide theoretical basis for the library to provide personalized service for researchers in different disciplines. 【Method / Process】 Based on 76 empirical English literatures on the behavioral research of researchers in different disciplines, this study summarized the results of the research on information source selection, information retrieval, information acquisition and utilization, frontier tracking, academic Exchange and cooperation and scientific data management and other aspects of the characteristics. [Results / Conclusion] Based on the similarities and differences of information behavior characteristics of researchers in different disciplines, the content of personalized service oriented to scientific research in libraries was given.
