脑梗死是目前影响人类健康的严重疾病之一。脑梗死又是骨科围术期较严重的并发症之一,高居手术患者致残、致死原因的前三位。而近年来,骨科围术期脑梗死的发生率有升高趋势,文献报道日益增多,并逐渐受到临床关注~([1-2])。现选取2012年1月—2017年1月入住我院,并在围术期发生脑梗死的多发性骨折与人工关节置换患者共69例,回顾性分析并探讨其发病原因及临床特点,并报告如下。1临床资料
