在工业生产当中,一种应用十分广泛的热固性树脂就是环氧树脂。环氧树脂具十分良好的抗化学腐蚀性、高强度、附着性等性能,因而在封装材料、涂料材料、黏性剂材料等方面,都发挥着重要的作用。但是,由于环氧树脂具有较高的固化密度,因此可能产生较大的脆性,同时降低了抗冲击性,所以在实际应用中还存在一些不足。对此,将聚氨酯预聚体加入其中,形成聚氨酯改性环氧树脂,能够有效的提高其各方面的性能,在实际应用中也发挥出了较为良好的效果。
In industrial production, a widely used thermosetting resin is the epoxy resin. Epoxy resin has a very good resistance to chemical corrosion, high strength, adhesion and other properties, and therefore in the packaging materials, coating materials, adhesives and other materials, all play an important role. However, due to the high curing density of epoxy resin, it may produce greater brittleness, while reducing the impact resistance, so there are still some shortcomings in the practical application. In this regard, the polyurethane prepolymer added to them, the formation of polyurethane modified epoxy resin, can effectively improve its performance in all aspects, in practical applications also played a more good effect.
