所谓非刚性地基是指地震中地表以下土层出现液化和岸坡出现滑动的地基,或者墩台出现位移、沉降的地基称为非刚性地基。在此类地基上桥梁除受到结构本身产生的地震荷载和台背的动土压力外,还受到岸坡土体产生的移动动土压力和基础变位的影响。在这种地基上桥梁震害较重,往往在7度或6度时就会出现严重震害或落梁。
