目的 :研究低氧放疗对荷瘤小鼠肝脏丙二醛 (malondialhehyde,MDA)含量的影响。方法 :用 TBA法检测荷肉瘤 S1 80 的 Balb/ c纯系小鼠在低氧条件下 (呼吸 10 .5 % O2 混合气体 )照射后肝脏 MDA含量变化。结果 :不同治疗方法处理动物后第 7、14d低氧放射组的肝脏 MDA含量明显低于单纯放射组与单纯低氧组 P <0 .0 5。结论 :低氧放疗可以降低荷瘤宿主肝脏 MDA含量 ,可能对肝脏具有放射防护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of hypoxia radiotherapy on malondialhehyde (MDA) in the liver of tumor-bearing mice. Methods: The changes of hepatic MDA content in Balb / c mice bearing sarcoma S180 were detected by TBA method under hypoxia (breathing 10.5% O2 mixture). Results: The MDA content of liver in hypoxia group was significantly lower than that in hypoxia group and hypoxia group on the 7th and 14th day after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hypoxic radiotherapy can reduce the MDA content in the liver of the tumor-bearing host and may have a radioprotective effect on the liver.
