研究了分属于7群10个小种的24个稻瘟病菌单孢菌株对不同抗性类型品种的相对寄生适合度,结果表明小种的相对寄生适合度明显地受到水稻品种的抗性类型的影响,13个单基因粳稻品种具有较强相对寄生适合度的是ZA、ZD、ZE和ZB群小种,而对籼、粳稻主栽品种具有较强相对寄生适合度的则分别是ZB、ZC和ZD、ZA、ZE群小种,同时,研究表明稻瘟病菌小种异质性对相对寄生适合度的评价有较大的影响。
The relative parasitic fitness of 24 strains of Magnaporthe grisea belonging to 7 races of 7 groups was studied. The results showed that the relative parasitism of races was significantly affected by the resistance types of rice cultivars ZA, ZD, ZE and ZB populations of 13 single-genotype japonica cultivars with strong relative parasitism, while ZS, ZC, ZC and ZC had stronger relative parasitism for main cultivars of indica and japonica rice And ZD, ZA, ZE group races. At the same time, studies have shown that the races heterogeneity of Magnaporthe grisea have a greater impact on the evaluation of relative parasitism fitness.
