目的 :探讨高原训练对优秀游泳运动员的VO2 max、BLA和T/C值及VO2 max相关指标的影响。方法 :16名游泳运动员 (男 7名 ,女 9名 )进行为期 9周的高原训练 ,分别在上高原前 1周、下高原后第 1周、第 2周和第 3周测定VO2 max、BLA和T/C值及VO2 max相关指标。VO2 max测定采用功率自行车递增负荷运动方案 ,起始负荷为 5 0W、转速 6 0~ 70r/min ,男子运动员递增 4 0W/ 3min ,女子运动员递增 30W/ 3min ,转速不变。结果 :上高原前和下高原后VO2 max、BLA和T/C值及VO2 max相关指标发生变化 ,但变化的时间和程度不同 ;且男、女游泳运动员的VO2 max、BLA和T/C值及VO2 max相关指标发生不同变化。结论 :高原训练对游泳运动员的VO2 max、BLA和T/C值及VO2 max相关指标产生影响 ,经过下高原后 17天的训练 ,运动员多数指标能够恢复至上高原前水平 ,并在相同运动负荷下BLA值降低 ,表明高原训练下高原后 17天游泳运动员的运动能力提高。
Objective: To investigate the effects of altitude training on VO2 max, BLA, T / C and VO2 max of elite swimmers. Methods: 16 swimmers (7 males and 9 females) were enrolled in this study. The VO2 max and BLA were measured in the first week, the second week and the third week after going to the plateau, And T / C value and VO2 max related indicators. Results: VO2 max, BLA and T / C values and VO2 max related indicators changed after the plateau up and down the plateau, but the time and degree of change were different. The VO2 max, BLA and T / C of the male and female swimmers And VO2 max related indicators have different changes. Conclusion: Altitude training affected VO2 max, BLA, T / C and VO2 max of swimmers. After 17 days of training, most of the athletes returned to the previous level of upper plateau, and under the same exercise load The BLA value decreased, indicating that the athlete’s swimming ability increased after 17 days of plateau training.
