一、台站及仪器基本情况 RZB-1型分量式应变仪是一种高精度、测量动态范围宽的地震前兆观测仪器。1990年底在乌鲁木齐基准台(东经87°41′42″,北纬43°49′16″)布设了该应变仪,孔深107.4m,孔径110mm。该仪器安装有NS、N45°E、EW、N45°W4个受力元件以及1个悬空元件,并配有水位和气压等辅助观测。该台10多年来积累了大量可靠的连续观测资料,我台曾用这些应变资料成功地预报了1994年11月后峡M_S4.2地震和1995年3月和硕M_S5.0地震,并荣获中国地震局短临预报
