目的:对英文恢复需要量表进行初步修订,并检验所修订量表的信效度。方法:采用中文翻译的恢复需要量表对554名工作者进行测试,检测该量表各项目的区分度,分半信度和内部一致性信度,使用验证性因素分析检验其结构效度,用职场疲劳量表、工作倦怠量表和健康状况调查量表检测其效标效度。结果:1该量表的内部一致性信度为0.78,分半信度为0.77;2量表单因素结构的拟合指数良好,RMSEA、GFI、NFI、CFI和IFI值分别为0.047、0.97、0.96、0.98和0.98;3该量表与其他疲劳量表或分量表得分的相关均达到了P<0.001的显著水平。结论:修订后量表符合单因素的理论模型,信度和效度指标符合心理测量学的要求,可作为短期工作疲劳的测量工具。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct preliminary revision of the scale of English recovery and test the reliability and validity of the revised scale. Methods: A total of 554 workers were tested using the Chinese translation recovery needs questionnaire. The items of discrimination, half-confidence and internal consistency were tested. The validity of the questionnaire was tested by confirmatory factor analysis. Using the workplace fatigue scale, job burnout scale and health status questionnaire to test its validity. Results: 1 The internal consistency reliability of the scale was 0.78, and the half-reliability was 0.77. The fit index of 2-scale form factor structure was good, RMSEA, GFI, NFI, CFI and IFI were 0.047, 0.97 and 0.96 , 0.98 and 0.98, respectively. 3 The correlation between the scale and scores of other fatigue scales or subscales reached a significant level of P <0.001. Conclusion: The revised scale is consistent with the single factor theoretical model, reliability and validity indicators meet the requirements of psychometrics, can be used as short-term fatigue measurement tools.
