近年来,宁国市按照《国家公务员培训暂行规定》的要求,在市委、市政府的支持下,对全市国家公务员有计划有重点的开展了任职培训、普法培训、更新知识和专门业务培训。共培训了处级干部42人、科级干部273人、科员480人。其中还培训了科级后备干部300多人;公务员计算机应用能力培训1100多人;公务员电子政务、英语培训320多名;世界贸易组织基本知识培训和学法用法及行政许可法培训4000多人。通过培训,进一部提高了广大公务员依法行政能力,开拓了视野,拓宽了工作思路,丰富了知识,增长了才干。但是从宁国市近几年公务员培训的实践来看,目前在公务员培训的实际工作中也存在不少问题,主要表现在:
In recent years, in accordance with the requirements of the Interim Provisions on the Training of State Civil Servants, with the support of the municipal party committee and municipal government, Ningguo City carried out training on official positions, general law training, renewal of knowledge and specialized business training for statewide civil servants in the city. A total of 42 department-level cadres were trained, 273 department-level cadres and 480 staff members.
