一、教材分析三级跳远是人体经过快速助跑后,由单足跳、跨步跳和跳跃所组成的连续3次腾越水平距离的运动项目。经常练习三级跳能够发展速度、下肢力量、弹跳力及灵敏、协调等身体素质,并能通过练习培养学生勇敢、顽强、克服困难、勇往直前的意志品质和精神。由于三级跳远技术较为复杂通常作为初三男生的选修课程。本课主要以小垫子为教具,采用近似于游戏的形式使学生在教师的引导下能够自己领悟及初步掌握三级跳远的动作结构,并通过教师
