我园现有大、中、小、小小4个班,168名幼儿,18名教职工。前几年,园长整日陷在繁杂的日常事务中,既要管教学,又要管保育,还要管杂务,连购物也要园长自己去办。而其他教职工则不明确自己该干什么,似乎无事可做,却有事又无人做,园内工作显得无章、无序。《规程》颁布以后,我们进行了认真的学习,在借鉴南京鼓楼幼儿园网状分层管理经验的基础上,根据我园的实际情况,从1991年开始实行小组管理,收到了良好的效果。根据《规程》的管理工作要求,我们建立了小组管理组织系统,将全园分成教学、保育两大组。大组以下,二个教师、一个保育员为一小组,医生和炊事
