研究目的为临床对脑缺血再灌注的治疗提供形态学依据。研究背景鼠大脑缺血再灌注模型系国内首创,其病理形态改变尚无报道。方法建立鼠大脑缺血再灌注模型,常规染色包括TTC、HE、Thionine法。结果假手术组大脑无病理形态改变。阻塞组和复通组在术后48小时病理形态相似。8天后复通组比阻塞组有明显的病灶修复现象(P<0.01)。结论缺血后的再灌注有利于脑缺血晚期的恢复。
The purpose of the study is to provide a morphological basis for clinical treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Background The rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion is the first of its kind in China, and the pathological changes have not been reported yet. Methods The rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established. The routine staining including TTC, HE, Thionine method. Results The sham operation group had no pathological changes. Obstructive group and the recurrence group 48 hours after the pathological similar. After 8 days, there was a significant lesion repair in the Fu-Tong group compared with the occlusion group (P <0.01). Conclusion Reperfusion after ischemia is good for the recovery of the late stage of cerebral ischemia.
