在矿山胶结充填中,传统的胶结材料是水泥,一般占充填成本的60%~80%。济钢第三炼铁厂的高炉水渣的室内试验表明:该厂的高炉水渣磨细具有较好的胶结性能,完全可替代部分水泥进行胶结充填。工业试验证明:高炉水渣可以替代40%~50%的水泥,充填成本可降低19.4%~24.2%。本文介绍了高炉水渣在张马屯铁矿的试验情况,描述了其工艺流程及可望取得的效益。
In the cementing and filling of the mine, the traditional cementing material is cement, accounting for 60% ~ 80% of the filling cost. The laboratory tests of the blast furnace slag in the third ironworks of Jinan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. showed that the blast furnace slag of the blast furnace has better cementation performance and completely replace part of the cement for cementing and filling. Industrial tests show that: blast furnace slag can replace 40% to 50% of cement, filling costs can be reduced by 19.4% to 24.2%. This paper introduces the experiment of blast furnace slag in Zhangmatun Iron Mine, describes the process and the expected benefits.
