为了更直观地了解供应链生产模式与消费市场之间的相互关系,借助Anylogic仿真软件,从供应链原材料供应入手,建立供应链模型,并基于系统动力学建立市场模型,以连续性库存检查策略为例进行仿真与优化实验,对仿真结果进行了分析。结果表明,该模型能够可视化地研究供应链的动态变化过程,简单、高效地找出产品最优生产方式,为企业生产提供决策支持。
In order to understand the relationship between supply chain production mode and consumer market more intuitively, with the aid of Anylogic simulation software, starting with the supply of raw materials in the supply chain, establishing the supply chain model and establishing the market model based on system dynamics, the continuous inventory inspection strategy As an example, the simulation and optimization experiments are carried out and the simulation results are analyzed.
