目的:观察脉冲式电磁辐射(EMR)辐照后大鼠视网膜病理形态变化特征.方法:健康成年雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为正常对照组(CON)和实验组(EX),实验组按辐照后2,12,24及72h分组,每组6只,进行视网膜光镜和电镜形态学观察.结果:光镜:实验组中2,12及24h组均可见视网膜神经节细胞层内细胞核出现核质不均匀,核边界不清,内核层细胞核也有同样改变;电镜:实验组中2,12及24h组视网膜各层均出现线粒体肿大,内质网空泡样变,以24h组最为严重,72h组仅见视网膜神经节细胞层出现轻度线粒体肿大,内质网扩张.结论:大鼠脉冲式电磁辐射辐照后24h内对视网膜各层均可引起结构改变,72h后结构改变有恢复趋势.
