在水稻品种资源工作中,如何保持种子的发芽力,是一个重要问题。上海地区高温多湿,不易保存种子。采用连年种植保存,又要化费相当多的人力、物力,且会增加混杂的机会。本试验旨在探索最佳贮藏条件,延长种子的生活力。材料和方法1.1978年收获的早籼种子,1979年分:常温(工作室内)、冰库0℃、冰库-20℃、临时贮藏冰库0℃贮藏。前三项的种子分别用牛皮纸袋装,放入白铁皮罐封罐。临时贮藏的种子装入牛皮纸袋,用塑料布包扎后,放入白铁箱并盖紧箱盖,箱外再用塑料布包扎。种子贮藏前经烘箱35℃、48小时烘干,发芽率100%。
