笔者通过分析煤矿设备顶棚回转驱动液压缸的使用工况,建立了以液压缸初始长度最短为目标函数的优化模型,应用SolidWorks和MATLAB两种手段对其进行优化分析,并对优化后的顶棚回转组件的受力特性进行了分析。分析结果表明,应用SolidWorks优化后液压缸初始长度缩短21.7%,应用MATLAB优化后液压缸初始长度缩短31.2%,说明应用MATLAB进行求解的过程更严谨、结果更精确;因此设计人员可在精度要求不高时,可应用SolidWorks进行粗略优化。
By analyzing the operating conditions of rotary cylinder driven by the ceiling of coal mine equipment, the author established an optimization model which takes the shortest initial cylinder length as the objective function.
