把刑事技术放入刑事侦查工作中运转首先应当肯定,刑事技术工作是刑事侦查工作的一部分,是服务于刑事侦查工作的。说它是刑事侦查工作的一部分,必须理解为它是刑事侦查工作机体中的活细胞,而不是相对独立的一部分,更不是与刑事侦查工作相并列的工作。从目前的运作模式看,刑事技术与刑事侦查相脱节的问题直接反映在现场勘查工作中。目前现场勘查工作已经成了刑事技术工作的重头戏,而勘查工作却与侦查工作严重脱节——对于绝大多数的案件,勘查情况无人过问,现场勘查的意义几乎只剩下为已破案件提供一套现场记录资料了。在这种状况下,不仅刑事技术没有渗透到侦查中,甚至导致侦查脱离了犯罪现场,其后果是严重的。那么,如何才能使刑事技术工作在刑事侦查工作中有效地运
