柴油机轴系的扭振会导致工程车辆噪声增大、振动加剧,甚至使曲轴、减速箱的传动轴断裂。采用非接触式测量系统,应用FFT技术分析被测信号,得到了速度、频率、扭角振幅三维曲面图,确定了柴油机轴系扭振的主振波、单结自振频率,以及对应的振幅、轴系自振频率、临界转速等参数,分析了滚振成分。测试分析的方法、过程和结论,可为柴油机和工程车辆的故障诊断提供依据;分析得到的数据,可以为柴油机和工程车辆的动态设计提供依据。
Torsional vibration of diesel engine shaft system will lead to increased noise, vibration, and even crankshaft, gearbox drive shaft fracture. The non-contact measurement system was used to analyze the measured signal by FFT technology. The three-dimensional surface maps of velocity, frequency and torsional amplitude were obtained. The main vibration frequency, the single-node natural frequency and the corresponding amplitude , Natural frequency of the shaft, critical speed and other parameters, the analysis of the rolling component. The method, process and conclusion of the test and analysis can provide the basis for the fault diagnosis of diesel engine and engineering vehicle. The analyzed data can provide the basis for the dynamic design of diesel engine and engineering vehicle.
