作为各级政府的职能部门,基层民政承担着促进社会福利和慈善、安置、优抚、军休、最低生活保障、救灾、社会救济以及基层政权建设等多项工作,其民政档案管理工作与人们的切身利益息息相关。本文通过分析基层民政系统数字档案管理中存在的问题,指出其有效的利用策略,以期为提高基层民政系统数字档案管理效率提供参考。
As a functional department of all levels of government, grassroots civil affairs undertakes many tasks such as promoting social welfare and charity, resettlement, special care, military rest, minimum living security, disaster relief, social relief and grassroots political power construction. By analyzing the existing problems in digital archives management of grass-roots civil administration system, this paper points out its effective utilization tactics, with a view to providing reference for improving the efficiency of digital archives management in grass-roots civil administration system.
