因材施教,是指在教学过程中,教师要根据材料的内容、作用、难易程度以及学生的实际,运用不同的教学方法,采取相应的教学方式,从而获取教学效益的最大化。因材施教是尊重学生个性差异、体现学生主体意识的现代教育理念的一种具体措施。语文阅读教学要因材施教,尊重学生的个性差异,促进多样性思维共同发展,使阅读教学更富实效。笔者结合平时的教学实践,在此谈点浅见,望与同行共勉。
Teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes means that in the process of teaching, teachers should take appropriate teaching methods according to the content, role, difficulty and actuality of the students, so as to obtain the maximization of teaching effectiveness. Teaching students according to their aptitude is a concrete measure that respects the individual differences of students and embodies the modern educational philosophy of students’ subjective consciousness. Teaching Chinese reading should be based on individual teaching, respect students’ individual differences, promote common development of diversity thinking and make reading teaching more effective. The author combined with the usual teaching practice, talk in this humble opinion, hope and colleagues encourage each other.
