1、螺母分类淬火改善其变形 (1)M3~M6粗牙及细牙螺母,采用810~820℃盐浴中加热淬入8%~10%NaCl水溶液中,淬后螺母端面硬度为52~54HRC,六角面硬度为40~45HRC,螺纹尺寸能和过端塞规配合为合格。 (2)M6~M10粗牙及细牙螺母,其材料与精度和上类相同,但不是采用同一方法淬火。因其尺寸不同,淬火时要求冷却速度较慢一些,并以清水作为冷却剂。这类螺母在810℃盐浴中加热淬入清水中冷却,淬后端面硬度为48~53HRC,六角面硬度38~45HRC,螺纹基本上用过端塞规能旋进为合格。
(1) M3 ~ M6 coarse tooth and fine tooth nut are quenched into 8% ~ 10% NaCl aqueous solution by salt bath at 810 ~ 820 ℃. After quenching, the nut end hardness is 52 ~ 54HRC , Hexagonal hardness of 40 ~ 45HRC, thread size and over the end of plug gauge with qualified. (2) M6 ~ M10 coarse teeth and fine teeth nuts, the same material and precision and the same class, but not the same method of quenching. Because of their different sizes, quenching requires cooling slower, and water as a coolant. This type of nut is heated and quenched in 810 ° C salt bath and cooled in clean water. After quenching, the end hardness is 48-53 HRC and the hardness of hexagonal surface is 38-45 HRC.
