以质量为核心,加强医院管理,始终是医院工作的主旋律。管理也是生产力,要走“管理立院、质量兴院”之路。质量管理要定位,要处理好管理和改革的关系,坚持以病人为中心,科技为先导的发展战略。提高医院质量的关键是抓好人本管理和成本管理。要坚持“两手抓”,一手抓人的工作,重视质量文化;一手抓财物管理,降低医疗成本,提高经济效益。要重视医学技术评估,借鉴现代企业管理万法和国外医院管理先进经验,构建具有中国特色的医院质量体系。
With quality as the core, strengthening hospital management has always been the main theme of hospital work. Management is also productivity, and it is necessary to take the road of “administering a hospital and quality building”. Quality management should be oriented, we must handle the relationship between management and reform, adhere to the patient-centered, science and technology as a precursor to the development strategy.
