计算马氏体开始转变温度MS 的公式 ,目前为直线方程式。可是在计算某些含合金量较高的钢的MS 时 ,严重偏离实测值。为了较准确地计算出合金钢的MS,本文应用余氏经验电子理论 (EET)价电子结构 ,并引入合金元素相对权重系数N (N =合金元素Me的 1mol的量 C元素的 1mol的量 ) ,计算出奥氏体中阻碍马氏体相变的键能和EC。建立EC 与MS 之间的数学模型 ,并用归纳法求出计算MS 的公式。经验证 ,用新建公式计算的MS,比用传统公式计算的MS 更接近实测值
The formula for calculating the martensite start transition temperature, MS, is now a straight line equation. However, in the calculation of some high alloy steel MS, seriously deviate from the measured value. In order to calculate the MS of the alloy steel accurately, this paper applies Yu’s empirical electron theory (EET) valence electron structure and introduces the relative weight coefficient N of the alloying element (N = the amount of 1 mol of the C element of 1 mol of the alloying element Me) , Calculated the austenite impede martensite transformation of the key energy and EC. Establish the mathematical model between EC and MS, and calculate the formula of calculating MS by inductive method. It has been verified that the MS calculated with the new formula is closer to the measured value than the MS calculated with the traditional formula
