目的 :了解小光斑飞点扫描准分子激光联合红外线制导眼球主动跟踪系统行近视 L ASIK治疗的效果及安全性。方法 :使用 WAVEL IGHT公司 AL L EGRETTO鹰视准分子激光系统及法国 MORIA- 2角膜板层刀对 16 30例 (3174眼 )近视患者行L ASIK治疗。结果 :术前屈光度 - 0 .75~ - 9.0 0 DS[(- 4 .0 9± 1.35 ) DS]2 96 2眼 ,术后 6个月裸眼视力 (UCVA) 98.8%达 0 .8以上 ,92 .4 %达 1.0以上 ,术前屈光度 - 9.2 5~ - 19.75 DS[(- 9.4 5± 3.6 6 ) DS]共 2 12眼 ,术后 6个月裸眼视力 75 .9%达 0 .8以上 ,5 2 .8%达 1.0以上。实际矫正度在预期矫正度± 0 .5 D范围内占 90 .7% ,± 1.0 0 D范围内占 97.4 %。术后出现屈光回退 33眼 (1.0 4 % )。主要并发症 :术中角膜上皮部分松脱 7眼 ,术后角膜瓣翻转移位 1眼 ,术后角膜上皮植入 5眼。未发现偏心切削、中央岛及不规则散光现象。结论 :小光斑飞点扫描准分子激光系统联合红外线制导眼球自动跟踪治疗近视安全、可靠 ,精确度高 ,可预测性强 ,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the effect and safety of low-spot flying point excimer laser and infrared guided eye tracking active system in the treatment of myopia with L ASIK. METHODS: LASIK was performed on 1630 (3174 eyes) myopia patients using WAVEL IGHT AL L EGRETTO Eagle’s eye laser system and the French MORIA-2 corneal lamellar knife. Results: There were 98.6% of uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) of more than 0.8 at 6 months after operation in the range of 0 .75-9.0 DS [(- 4 .0 9 ± 1.35) DS] .4% reached 1.0 or more, preoperative diopter - 9.25 ~ 19.75 DS [(- 9.45 ± 3.6 6) DS] a total of 2 12 eyes, 6 months after the uncorrected visual acuity of 75.9% reached 0.8 or more, 5.28% reached 1.0 or above. The actual degree of correction accounted for 90.7% of the expected degree of correction ± 0.5D and 97.4% of ± 1.0 0D. Postoperative refractive regression occurred in 33 eyes (1.0 4%). The main complications were: partial corneal epithelial detachment in 7 eyes, inverted corneal flap in 1 eye and postoperative corneal epithelium in 5 eyes. No eccentric cutting, central island and irregular astigmatism were found. Conclusion: The small spot fly-point scanning excimer laser system combined with infrared guided eye tracking automatic treatment of myopia safe, reliable, high accuracy and predictability, it is worth popularizing and applying.
