目的利用数据流程的改进,提高医学影像存储与传输系统(PACS)性能和影像科室的工作效率。方法以2003年7月影像检查量近9500例检查数据跟踪统计结果为依据进行分析。使用增设计算机X线摄影系统(computer radiology,CR)影像中转服务器、设立故障临时服务器的方法改变系统数据流程。结果CR中转服务器主动分担每日工作量的30%,服务器可用资源保证在40%。据发布报告的时间对比统计,较改进前缩短近7 min。解决了网络瓶颈且均衡系统负荷,提高了系统性能。结论通过对PACS系统数据流程调整后,充分利用系统各项资源,减少了不必要的时间浪费,进一步提高了影像科的工作效率。
Objective To improve the performance of medical image storage and transmission system (PACS) and the efficiency of imaging departments through the improvement of data flow. Methods Based on the statistical results of nearly 9,500 images examined in July 2003, the data were analyzed. Use additional computer radiography (CR) image transfer server, the establishment of temporary fault server method to change the system data flow. Results CR transit server initiative to share 30% of the daily workload, server availability of resources to ensure that 40%. According to statistics released in time comparison, shorten nearly 7 min before the improvement. Solve the network bottleneck and balance the system load, improve system performance. Conclusion By adjusting the data flow of PACS system and making full use of various resources in the system, unnecessary time wasted and the work efficiency of the imaging department was further improved.
