司法体制改革主流语境下,对我国现行法官制度的完善无疑具有重要的现实意义和示范效应。在理念上,我国法官制度建设应当体现现代司法规律,置于体制改革的大系统,吸纳我国传统的法律文化;现阶段法官制度建设的侧重点是从专业、学历、最低任职年龄、法律工作经历等方面逐步提高法官任职条件;从法官的职业收入和身份保障方面着手法官的待遇保障;重拾“法官独立审判,只服从法律”这一宪法条款。
In the context of the mainstream of judicial system reform, it is undoubtedly of great practical significance and exemplary effect for the improvement of the current system of judges in our country.
