[目的]了解动物伤人分布情况及相关特点,以便采取针对性狂犬病的防治措施提供依据。[方法]对博白县疾病预防控制中心狂犬病预防门诊2008年动物咬伤患者就诊处理记录,对就诊预防处理情况进行统计分析。[结果]2008年共接诊犬、猫等动物伤2 648例。其中,犬伤1758例,占66.39%;疑是疯狗致伤4例,其他动物无明显狂犬症状;猫伤594例,占22.43%;鼠、猪等其他动物伤296例,占11.18%。年龄以10岁以下儿童居多(847例),占31.99%;以农民、学生暴露居多(1 352、938例),分别占51.07%、35.43%;夏秋季节为暴露高峰期,暴露者中自行处理伤口者1658例,占62.62%;24 h内接种疫苗者2 271例,占85.76%;全程足量接种疫苗者2647例,占99.98%;联合注射狂犬病免疫球蛋白者1251例,占47.24%;全程免疫后检测狂犬病抗体者965例,阳性945例,阳性率为97.92%。[结论]群众动物伤后能主动到疾控部门接受伤口处理和免疫接种,显示了目前居民对狂犬病的预防意识较强。
[Objective] To understand the distribution and related characteristics of animal wounding in order to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of targeted rabies. [Method] Record the treatment records of animal bites in rabies prevention clinic of Bobai County Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2008 and make statistical analysis on the prevention and treatment of the cases. [Results] A total of 2 648 cases of animal injuries such as medical dogs and cats were found in 2008. Among them, 1758 cases of canine injuries accounted for 66.39%; 4 cases were suspected to be mad dogs and other rabies were not found; 594 cases of cats were injured, accounting for 22.43%; 296 cases of rats and pigs and other animals were injured, accounting for 11.18%. Most of them were children under 10 years of age (847 cases), accounting for 31.99%. Peasants and students were most exposed (1 352,938 cases), accounting for 51.07% and 35.43% respectively. In the summer and autumn, they were exposed during the peak exposure period 1658 cases were wounds, accounting for 62.62%; 2 271 cases were vaccinated within 24 h, accounting for 85.76%; 2647 cases were full vaccination, accounting for 99.98%; 1251 cases were rabies immunoglobulin, accounting for 47.24%; Nine hundred and sixty-five rabies antibodies were detected after the whole immunization, and 945 were positive, the positive rate was 97.92%. [Conclusion] After the animals were injured, they took the initiative to go to the CDC to receive the wound treatment and immunization, indicating that residents are more aware of rabies prevention.
