目的:优选紫荆挥发油最佳提取工艺。方法:选用水蒸汽蒸馏提取荆芥穗、紫苏叶挥发油,以挥发油得率为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验法,考察加水倍数(A)、浸泡时间(B)、提取时间(C)对挥发油得率的影响。结果:影响挥发油提取的程度由大到小依次为提取时间、浸泡时间、加水倍数,最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比为1∶9,浸泡1.5 h,提取2 h,挥发油得率为120.00%。结论:以试验所得最佳提取工艺条件用于规模生产。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil of Bauhinia. Methods: Volatile oil from the leaves of Schizonepeta japonica and Perilla frutescens was extracted by steam distillation. The volatile oil yield was taken as an index. The orthogonal test was used to study the effects of water multiple (A), soaking time (B), extraction time ) On the yield of volatile oil. Results: The extraction of volatile oil from descending order of extraction time, soaking time, water multiple, the best extraction conditions: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1: 9, soak 1.5 h, extraction 2 h, the volatile oil yield was 120.00 %. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process conditions obtained for the scale of production.
