如何使资源的利用尽量保持均衡,避免出现频繁、严重的高峰或低谷现象,从而减少施工现场各种临时设施的规模,最大限度地节约施工费用是工程施工过程中的一个重要问题。文章将SPSO算法引入到“工期固定-资源均衡”优化求解中,建立了考虑多资源优化、适合SPSO算法计算求解的“工期固定-资源均衡”问题的数学模型。示例分析表明:采用SPSO算法明显优于传统的优化算法,它不仅能有效地收敛于全局最优解,同时又能获得不同的优化方案,为施工决策提供了多种选择。文章研究的方法对工程项目施工过程管理和施工组织设计具有重要参考价值。
How to keep the utilization of resources as balanced as possible to avoid the occurrence of frequent and severe peak or trough, so as to reduce the size of various temporary facilities at the construction site and minimize the construction cost is an important issue in the construction process. In this paper, we introduce the SPSO algorithm into the optimization solution of “Fixed Period - Resource Balance” and establish a mathematic model of “Fixed Period - Resource Balance” considering multi-resource optimization and SPSS algorithm. The example analysis shows that the SPSO algorithm is obviously superior to the traditional optimization algorithm, which not only can effectively converge to the global optimal solution, but also can obtain different optimization schemes, which provides a variety of choices for construction decision-making. The method of article research has important reference value to construction project management and construction organization design.
