对比例阀控螺旋摆动油缸驱动大型蝶阀系统进行分析和仿真,设计了单级螺旋摆动油缸结构及液压系统,建立了系统数学模型,利用Matlab得到系统阶跃响应曲线、正弦波响应曲线,并采用PID控制对系统调节。分析与仿真结果表明,阀控螺旋摆动油缸系统动态性能好,结构简单、紧凑,输出扭矩大、定位精度高,满足多种使用要求。
A large-scale butterfly valve system driven by a proportional control valve is analyzed and simulated. A single-stage spiral swinging cylinder structure and hydraulic system are designed. A mathematical model of the system is established. The system step response curve and sine wave response curve are obtained by Matlab. PID control system regulation. Analysis and simulation results show that the valve-controlled spiral swing cylinder system has good dynamic performance, simple structure, compactness, large output torque and high positioning accuracy to meet various requirements.
