Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enhanced elastic nail (ESIN) on the specialization of operating room nursing of radial neck fracture in children. Methods Thirty-eight children with radial neck fracture undergoing elective ESIN from January 2013 to March 2015 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to double-blind method, 19 cases in each group. The control group received routine intraoperative nursing support , While the observation group focused on the ESIN surgical treatment strategy to enhance the optimization of preoperative and intraoperative nursing procedures to ensure the cooperation of specialized nursing. The comparisons between the two groups were compared with those at the time of admission, and the follow-up was strengthened. Postoperative healing. Results Compared with the control group, the degree of coordination of the observation group before entering the hospital significantly increased, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); two groups of children were fully followed up, the incision after surgery were 1, The mean healing time was (16.7 ± 2.1) weeks. Metaizeau score was used to evaluate the postoperative function. The excellent and good rate was 100% in the observation group and 84.2% (16/19) in the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion Specialized nursing cooperation can fundamentally improve the nursing quality of ESIN operation room for patients with radial neck fractures. It is of great significance to reduce the adverse effects of surgery on children and maximize the therapeutic effect.
