在大螟Sesamia inferens Walker的诸如产量损失,抗虫育种,药效试验等方面的研究工作中,常常需要在预定的时期内用大量的卵块进行人工接种。在一般情况下,大量饲养获卵或田间集中大量采卵不易而因此影响到试验的进行,那么,螟卵的保存就成为一个重要的问题。为此,笔者用普通冰箱,在2±O.5℃温度下,进行了大螟卵处理时间与孵化率关系的观察,借以确定安全的保藏时间。
In the research work of Sesamia inferens Walker such as yield loss, insect resistance breeding and efficacy test, it is often necessary to inoculate a large number of egg masses within a predetermined period of time. Under normal circumstances, a large number of eggs or eggs collected in the field is not easy to concentrate a large number of eggs and therefore affect the conduct of the trial, then the preservation of borer eggs has become an important issue. To this end, the author with an ordinary refrigerator, at 2 ± 0.5 ℃ temperature, the time of treatment of the Arborvitae egg and hatching rate relationship observed in order to determine the safe storage time.
