目的查明人-猪链球菌感染病例的传染源及传播途径,为预防控制疫情提供依据。方法采用现场流行病学方法,调查患者及其它从事猪肉加工人员,查阅病人临床资料和实验室检测资料。结果2007年7月,湖南省吉首市报告1例脑膜炎型人-猪链球菌感染病例,系加工猪头感染,经41 d痊愈出院。猪头来源于定点屠宰场,生猪从邻近重庆、贵州等省市调入。对市内养殖排查,未发现异常。结论加强生猪的检疫,做好屠宰、加工、销售人员的个人防护是预防本病的有效措施。对于有生猪接触史的感染病人应尽早采集脑脊液做猪链球菌检查。
Objective To identify the source of infection and transmission of human-Streptococcus suis infection and provide basis for prevention and control of the outbreak. Methods Using on-site epidemiological methods, patients and other pork processing workers were investigated, and the clinical data and laboratory test data of the patients were reviewed. Results In July 2007, Jishou City, Hunan Province reported 1 case of meningococcal-Streptococcus suis infection. The pig was infected with pigs and was discharged after 41 days. Pigs from the designated slaughterhouse, pigs from neighboring Chongqing, Guizhou and other provinces transferred. Investigation of breeding in the city, found no abnormalities. Conclusion Strengthening pig quarantine, slaughtering, processing, sales personal protection is an effective measure to prevent this disease. For patients with history of exposure to live pigs should be collected as early as possible CSF CSF Streptococcus suis inspection.
