目的 评价Ge 132对苯中毒小鼠白细胞降低的治疗作用。方法 在制备动物模型的基础上 ,将符合诊断标准的动物给予鲨肝醇和不同剂量Ge 132治疗。 4周后 ,对其外周白细胞总数、分类、血红蛋白骨髓及脏器系数进行检测。结果 Ge 132对人工诱导苯中毒所致的外周白细胞降低有一定的治疗作用 ,它优于鲨肝醇 ,以 5 0 0mg/kg剂量组治疗效果最佳。结论 Ge 132治疗苯中毒所致的白细胞减少症比鲨肝醇更有效。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ge 132 on leukopenia induced by benzene poisoning in mice. Methods On the basis of animal model, the animals that meet the diagnostic criteria were treated with batyl alcohol and different doses of Ge 132. After 4 weeks, the total peripheral white blood cells, classification, hemoglobin and bone marrow organ coefficient were detected. Results Ge 132 had a certain therapeutic effect on the peripheral leukopenia caused by artificially induced benzene poisoning. It was better than shark liver alcohol, and the best treatment effect was achieved at the dose of 500 mg / kg. Conclusion Ge 132 is more effective than shark liver alcohol in treating leukopenia caused by benzene poisoning.
