目的 探讨经阴道超声 (TVS)引导穿刺应用消痔灵治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的价值。方法 将6 0名确诊为卵巢巧克力囊肿且最大内径超过 3cm的患者 ,随机分为消痔灵组和无水酒精组 (对照组 ) ,每组各 30人。术前与术后半年及 1年测定病灶大小、卵巢动脉阻力指数 (RI)。两组结果进行对比研究。结果 1年后复发率治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,RI均由高阻型变为低阻型 ,且治疗组更为显著 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 利用TVS引导穿刺技术 ,应用消痔灵治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿有良好的临床应用价值
Objective To investigate the value of transhepatic (TVS) guided puncture in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cysts. Methods Sixty patients diagnosed as ovarian chocolate cysts with a maximum diameter of more than 3 cm were randomly divided into two groups: Xiaozhiling group and anhydrous alcohol group (control group), 30 in each group. The size of the lesion, ovarian artery resistance index (RI) were measured preoperatively and six months and one year after operation. The results of two groups were compared. Results One year later, the relapse rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). RI was changed from high resistance type to low resistance type, and the treatment group was more significant (P <0.05). Conclusion TVS guided puncture technique, the application of Xiaozhiling treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst has a good clinical value
