进入新世纪以来,大学生心理健康教育日益受到关注和重视。基于此,从课程目标、课程内容、课程教学方法、课程评价等方面探索大学生心理健康教育的课程建设。认为大学生心理健康教育课程目标要逐层推进,课程内容应形成不同形态的多元课程体系,课程教学方法要灵活选择、多样变化,课程评估要更注重教学反馈和学生发展,做到多元有效。
Since entering the new century, the mental health education of undergraduates has received more and more attention and attention. Based on this, the course construction of mental health education for undergraduates is explored from the aspects of course objectives, course content, course teaching methods and course evaluation. It is suggested that the objective of mental health education for college students should be promoted one by one. The content of the curriculum should form a diversified course system with different forms. The teaching methods of the course should be flexibly chosen and diversified. The course evaluation should pay more attention to the teaching feedback and student development so as to be effective.
