目的了解脊椎压缩性骨折对身体体格的影响 . 方法采用分层多阶段整群抽样方法对我国四个地区部分 50岁及以上的男女人群共 3 036例进行问卷调查和临床检查 . 结果脊椎压缩性骨折病人共 330例 , 总患病率为 10.87% , 其中男性 10.11% , 女性 11.58% , 无显著性差异 ; 比较骨折组与非骨折组的各项体格检查能否完成 , 无论男性还是女性 , 两组均无显著性差异 , 比较完成程度 , 男性两组前伸试验长度、膝高有显著性差异 ( P< 0.05) , 女性两组平时走路时间、膝高及闭眼单脚站立试验时间有显著性差异 ( P< 0.01) . 结论脊椎压缩性骨折对于完成各项身体运动无明显影响 , 但对于完成各项身体运动的程度有一定影响 .
