和谐课堂是在和谐理念的指导下,以实现社会的发展和学生自身的发展需求相和谐为目标,追求优化各类教育因素,建设和谐的育人氛围,让受教育者在德、智、体各方面得到和谐发展的教育形式。目前在农村初中,数学教学课堂教学模式陈旧、教学方法单一、师生地位不均等,严重阻碍了和谐课堂的建构。构建农村初中和谐数学课堂要实现“师”与“生”的和谐;“教”与“学”的和谐;“环境”与“气氛”的和谐。
