近年来,在国家积极财政政策的作用下,我市房地产市场走出了“九五”初期的低迷状况,房地产开发投资快速增长,空量房得到消化,拉动了投资、建材和家电市场的消费,对我市近几年的经济社会发展起到了积极作用。2001年全市房地产开发完成投资86.87亿元,同比增长高达46%,占宁波市全社会固定资产投资总额的18.5%,拉动固定赍产投资增长7.5个百分比。商品房销售面积367.37万平方米,增长28.2%,销售额73.04亿元,增长30.8%,其中商品住宅销售面积299.26万平方米,增长26.83%。房地产业作为一个关联度很高的行业巳逐渐成为推动我市经济快速发展的重要力量。一、对着干问题的基本判断
